Every opt-in and opt-out is recorded with its source, time and wording. Any opt-out on any record stops the person everywhere, and one-click unsubscribe is built in.
Agents draft, people approve
Your agent can build templates, segments and journeys, preview them and simulate them. Going live is an approval an owner gives, part by part, and a change after approval needs a new OK.
Your data, where it lives
Import spreadsheets, or connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Postgres or Databricks with a mapping file. Every sync can be run as a dry run first, and opt-outs are written back to the source.
Contact safety
Duplicate records are matched into one person, so nobody gets the same email twice. Frequency caps, preflight checks and a reputation guard stop sends that would hurt you.

Keep brands, templates, segments and journeys as files in git. plainsend workspace plan shows what would change; apply saves drafts for approval.
How it works
- Bring your contacts. Upload a CSV or Excel file, send events from your app, or connect your CRM. Plainsend shows what an import would do before it does it.
- Verify your sending domain. On Cloudflare, Plainsend can write the DNS records for you. Anywhere else it shows the records, checks them live, and gives you a link to send to whoever manages your DNS.
- Pick a starter journey. Five ready-made packs: clinic starter, win-back, monthly newsletter, tax time, and software trial to paid. Tailor it yourself or ask your agent.
- Approve and send. Preflight shows who will get it, who won't and why. You approve; Plainsend sends through Amazon SES, warming up your new domain over about three weeks.
